| Sunday 26th September 2010 | Harvest Festival Service Join us as we celebrate God's provision at our Harvest Festival Service, 10.30am. St John's Church. Harvest offerings of tins, packets and toiletries donated to the Beacon Centre's work with the homeless. |
| Thursday 30th September 2010 | Mothers' Union Ploughmans Lunch All welcome to the MU Ploughman's Lunch, to be held in St John's Centre, between 12 noon and 1pm. Tickets £4.50 from MU members, or chruch office. Come along for lunch and a friendly chat. |

| Friday 8th October 2010 | 'Women of Confidence' - A conference hosted by Riverside church in Southwell on 8th & 9th October. Friday 7pm and Saturday 9.15am-5pm. Cost is £25 or £20 for senior citizens and students. This is a time for women that will be encouraging and confidence-building. The programme includes listening and learning, with space given to take a break and have time out in Southwell. It finishes with worship and prayer ministry.
